This page explains what Global Go, LLC collects through globalgo.com and what happens to it. It covers this website only — not information you give us under a contract, an employment relationship, or a subcontract.

What we collect

Information reaches us when you submit a form on this site.

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, and a company name and telephone number if you provide them.

• Careers form: your name, email address, and any CV you attach.

Our hosting providers keep standard server logs of requests to this site, which include IP addresses.

What happens to it, and how long we keep it

A contact form submission becomes an enquiry record and a task for somebody to reply to you. A job application becomes an application record, and your CV is stored in a private file store that only people responsible for recruiting, or those fulfilling regulatory obligations, can open.

We keep applications indefinitely. We do so to consider you for roles that come up later, and to comply with federal regulations that require government contractors to preserve records of applications and hiring decisions.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

How your information is kept

What you send us goes into a private database. Access is limited to the people who need it — a job application can only be opened by the people responsible for recruiting or those fulfilling regulatory obligations.

We use hosting, database and security providers in the United States, which process this information on our behalf under contract.

We may share what you send us with those providers, with our professional advisers, and where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only if you sign in to the staff application, and that cookie exists to keep you signed in. There is no advertising cookie and no third-party analytics on the public pages.

Which law applies

This page is governed by the law of the State of Alabama.

Some states give their own residents rights over personal information once a business reaches a certain size. We are below those thresholds. If that changes, we will change this page.
